Outstanding service and high quality products!

I couldn't have been more impressed with both the service and products I received! Rob, Gilly & Kim were attentive, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. It is rare to come across a team who clearly values their customers.

As for the products themselves, absolutely top-tier. Everything arrived in perfect condition and then still had to have the Gilly experience to make them even more perfect 👌 they all take so much pride in what the do.

What stood out for me was the personal touch throughout our dealings, I felt like a valued customer rather than just another order.

I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable service and premium products.

Another fab curtain design and fitting by the team at WF - Rob, Gilly and Kim. This time in the living room and dining room. They have done every room in the house as I refurbished. The quality and detail including fixtures is amazing. Really pleased and they have encouraged me to be a bit adventurous. We have had some laughs along the way. Thoroughly recommended.

Currently part way through a project but up to now the service and quality of materials has been excellent. I will add photos when all is completed but really helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend!

Just had my latest bedroom curtains and I’m well pleased. Cushions to match. Another quality supply and fitting. As I refurbish my home in West Kirby, Rob, Gilly and Kim have been on hand and nothing is too much trouble. I love supporting local businesses and can’t wait to see what they come up with next. ❤️
